Termistores lineares de película fina de níquel TFPT SMD PTC

Os termistores lineares de película fina TFPT SMD PTC da Vishay/Dale estão disponíveis em tamanhos 0402, 0603, 0805 e 1206 e incluem uma base de substrato de alumínio com um elemento de película fina PTC com base em níquel. Estes termistores têm qualificação AEC-Q200 e oferecem alta estabilidade em toda a faixa de temperatura de -55 °C a +150 °C. As especificações adicionais incluem tolerâncias padrão de ±0,5%, ±1% e ±5%, fator de dissipação máximo de 4 mW/K e uma taxa de falhas de ≤ 0,1 x 10^-9/h. Os termistores lineares de película fina TFPT SMD PTC da Vishay/Dale são adequados para compensação e sensoriamento de temperatura em dispositivos automotivos, atuadores de motor, drivers de LED e sensores de fluxo de ar.
