QPA1022 11GHz 4W GaN Power Amplifier

Qorvo QPA1022 11GHz 4W Gallium Nitride (GaN) Power Amplifier supports tight lattice spacing requirements for phased array radar applications. Power amplifiers are ideal components to support test instrumentation and commercial communication systems. QPA1022 provides >4W saturated output power and 24.5dB large-signal gain while achieving 45% power-added efficiency. The QPA1022 is matched to 50Ω with integrated direct current blocking capacitors at a radio-frequency output and DC-grounded input port. The device also has a built-in power detector for system RF power checking.
