MACOM MAMF-011146 20-44GHz Ka-Band SPDT PIN Switch features an integrated driver housed within a 5mm x 4mm PQFN package. The MACOM MAMF-011146 boasts 50Ω terminated RF ports built for demanding Ka-Band applications. The device can handle up to 13W CW power at an environmental temperature of +85°C, ensuring minimal insertion loss and high isolation.
