STMicroelectronics L5963 Dual Monolithic Switching Regulator
STMicroelectronics L5963 Dual Monolithic Switching Regulator with LDO and HSD can operate as a standby regulator or a normal LDO. STMicroelectronics L5963 features internal power switches, a high side driver and a low dropout linear regulator. The regulators can connect directly to a vehicle battery. The synchronization input allows high operating frequency to reduce AM and FM interferences. L5963 is ideal for automotive applications where load dump protection and wide input voltage range are mandatory.Features
