Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM54322 Dual 3A Power Modules

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM54322 Dual 3A Power Modules combine two high-efficiency step-down DC/DC converters, inductors, and selected passive components in a single over-molded package. The output of the Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM54322 modules can be paralleled to deliver up to 6A, with active current balancing ensuring equal current sharing between them. Additionally, the module features a configurable low-dropout (LDO) regulator that provides up to 500mA of ultra-low noise output.

  • Configurable soft start, soft shutdown, and delay with MPS-patented FLEX-timer sequence control
  • Configurable reference voltage (VREF) and slew rate
  • 500kHz, 750kHz, 1MHz, and 1.25MHz configurable switching frequency (fSW)
  • Accurate VOUT, output current (IOUT), and junction temperature (TJ) telemetry
  • Open-drain power good (PG) indication and general status interrupt
  • Available in an ultra-thin ECLGA (5mm x 5.5mm x 1.85mm) package
