Microchip Technology 23LCV512 / 23LCV1024 SRAM Serial

Os Microchip 23LCV512 e 23LCV1024 são dispositivos SRAM série 512 Kb e 1 Mb acessados por um barramento serial compatível com uma interface de porta serial (SPI) simples. Estes dispositivos Microchip SRAM suportam leituras ilimitadas, registram na matriz de memória e suportam backup de dados via bateria celular tipo moeda/externa conectada ao VBAT. Os sinais de bus exigidos são uma entrada de clock e linhas de entrada e saída de dados. O acesso ao dispositivo é controlado através de uma entrada Chip Select. Além disso, a SDI (Serial dupla Interface) é suportada caso um aplicativo precise de taxas de dados mais rápidas.
