Atmosic Technologies ATM2202 BLUETOOTH® 5.0 SoC with Embedded Flash
Atmosic Technologies ATM2202 BLUETOOTH® 5.0 System-on-Chip (SoC) with Embedded Flash is an extremely low-power solution with an integrated BLUETOOTH 5.0 complaint radio with Arm® Cortex® M0 application processor. The ATM2202 SoC offers 512KB or 1MB embedded Flash, 128KB Random Access Memory (RAM), 4KB One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory, and sophisticated power management. With 1mA active Rx and 2.5mA active Tx, the ATM2202 SoC is designed to extend the Internet of Things (IoT) battery life. Low-duty cycle operation support allows systems to run significantly longer without battery replacement. The Atmosic Technologies ATM2202 SoC is packaged in a 40-pin 5mm x 5mm QFN package.Features
