Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCACLx Power MOSFETs

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCACLx Power MOSFETs are AEC-Q101 qualified MOSFETs optimized for high current output and feature 0.8mΩ low RDS(ON). These MOSFETs enhance power management and ramp-up efficiency with minimal losses. The MCACLx power MOSFETs are developed using the split gate trench mosfet technology and offer fast switching and soft recovery. These MOSFETs feature low switching loss and excellent stability and uniformity. The MCACLx power MOSFETs operate within the -55°C to 175°C temperature range and are halogen-free and Lead-free. The compact DFN5060 package with high power density allows for high current output in a minimal footprint, enabling space-efficient system integration while reducing overall costs. These MOSFETs are used in automotive, industrial, and renewable energy applications.
