IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

Automotive LED Drivers

These are available as a broad lineup of step-up (Boost), Buck-Boost (DC/AC), and constant-current/serial-in parallel-out LED driver variants optimized for the requirements of the designers. The automotive LED drivers operate from -40°C up to 125°C temperature range. The applications include automotive LED exterior lighting (rear lamp, turn Lamp, DRL/position lamp, and fog lamp), LED interior lighting, camera flashes, instrument backlighting, and LED status indicators.

BD18336NUF-M Constant-Current Driver IC

ROHM BD18336NUF-M Constant-Current Driver IC is for driving automotive LED lamps that can withstand up to 40V. The small-size package is suitable for use in socket LED driver applications. The BD18336NUF-M offers high reliability, with built-in functions for the thermal de-rating function, the LED open detection, the output short circuit protection, and the SET pin short circuit protection. The ROHM BD18336NUF-M also includes the over-voltage mute function, the current bypass function at reduced voltage, the output for the fault flag function, and the input for the output current OFF control signal.
