eFuses industriais TPS2662

Os eFuses industriais TPS2662 de 60V 800mA da Texas Instruments oferecem proteção integrada de polaridade inversa fornecendo um conjunto completo de recursos de proteção. O dispositivo apresenta uma ampla faixa de entrada de alimentação de 4,5V a 57V, permitindo o controle de diversas tensões de barramento CC. As tensões de alimentação positivas e negativas podem ser protegidas e suportadas no TPS2662 até ±60V. Um recurso de bloqueio de corrente reversa é oferecido por FETs integrados back to back, o que torna o dispositivo apropriado para sistemas com requisitos de holdup (retenção) de tensão de saída durante as condições de falhas de energia e brownout. Diferentes modos de proteção, incluindo a carga, fonte, e um modo de proteção do dispositivo apresentam muitos recursos ajustáveis. Estes recursos contêm limites de sobrecorrente, taxa de variação (slew rate) de saída e sobretensão e subtensão. Os efuses TPS2662 operam em uma faixa de temperatura especificada de -40°C a +125°C.
