ST33TPHF20SPI Security ICs

STMicroelectronics ST33TPHF20SPI Security ICs are flash memory-based Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 devices with a Trusted Computing Group (TCG) SPI interface. These ICs include turnkey products compliant with TCG standards, which protect the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of information and devices. The modules embed an Arm® SecurCore SC300™ processor with additional security to help protect against advanced forms of attack. These security ICs offer a secondary serial peripheral interface compliant with the TCG PC client TPM profile specifications. STMicroelectronics ST33TPHF20SPI Security ICs operate in a -25°C to +85°C commercial temperature range or -40°C to +105°C extended temperature range. These security ICs offer 1.8V or 3.3V supply voltage and come in TSSOP28 and VFQFPN32 ECOPACK2 packages. Applications include embedded, PC, mobile, and computing.
