ESD601/ESD601-Q1 ESD Protection Diodes

Texas Instruments ESD601/ESD601-Q1 Bidirectional ESD Protection Diodes are offered in the industry-standard 0402 (DPY) package and provide an IEC 61000-4-2 protection level of 15kV. The Texas Instruments ESD601/ESD601-Q1 series can clamp 8/20µs surges with peak pulse currents up to 2.7A by the IEC 61000-4-5 standard. The low capacitance and low leakage current help to ensure protection against transient events in various systems and applications.
