Cypress MB9A140NB 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M3 MCUs are highly integrated MCUs designed for embedded controllers with low-power consumption mode. These have on-chip flash memory and SRAM with peripheral functions like motor control timers, Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs), and communication interfaces (USB, CAN, UART, CSIO, I²C, and LIN).  Features include multi-function serial interface, DMA controller, A/D converter, D/A converter, base timer, general purpose I/O port, QPRC, and RTC.
