STMicroelectronics STGIB10CH60TS-LZ SLLIMM™ Short-Circuit Rugged IGBTs are 2nd series small low-loss intelligent molded modules (SLLIMM). The series provides a compact, high-performance AC motor drive in a simple, rugged design. The devices integrate proprietary control ICs (one LS and one HS driver) with an improved short circuit rugged trench gate field-stop (TFS) IGBT. STMicroelectronics STGIB10CH60TS-LZ SLLIMM modules are ideal for motor drives operating up to 20kHz in hard-switching circuitries.
