RPX-1.0 & RPX-1.5 Buck Converters
RECOM Power RPX-1.0 and RPX-1.5 Buck Converters feature a tiny 3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm QFN package that has been thermally enhanced using flip-chip technology. These modules are unique because the devices include an integrated shielded inductor for lower EMI. The inputs range from 4VDC to 36VDC, while each converter provides 1A or 1.5A of output current, and the output voltage can be trimmed within the ranges of 0.8VDC up to 30VDC using an external resistor. These buck converters include short-circuit (SCP), overcurrent (OCP), overtemperature (OTP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protections, as well as enable, power good, soft-start, and sync function capabilities.
