LDO Voltage Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor LDO Voltage Regulators are standard fixed output LDO regulators with low-saturation regulators available for outputs up to 2A/1A. They have a wide output voltage range and package lineup with or without shutdown switches. ROHM LDO Voltage Regulators feature a built-in overcurrent protection circuit that prevents IC destruction due to output short circuits, a thermal shut-down circuit that protects the ICs from damage due to overloading, and an overvoltage protection circuit that protects from surges generated in the power supply line. ROHM Semiconductor LDO Voltage Regulators are used in DSP power supplies for DVD and CD players, FPDs, TVs, personal computers, and other consumer devices.

BD18353EFV-M 1ch High Current LED Controller

ROHM Semiconductor BD18353x Series 1ch High Current LED Controller is an AEC-Q100 qualified device featuring a built-in high side current detection amplifier. This LED controller features two systems of built-in analog dimming, Over Voltage Protection (OVP), and Short Circuit Protection (SCP). The PWM dimming can be set free with a built-in PWM generation circuit. This LED controller operates at the 5V to 65V input voltage range and -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The BD18353EFV-M 1ch high current LED controller is ideal for automotive exterior lamps.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
