Cypress CYRF69 PRoC LP

Cypress CYRF69 Programmable Radio on Chip Low Power (PRoC LP) series features radio System-on-Chip (SoC) devices designed to provide a complete RF system solution using a single device with a few discrete components. The CYRF69 PRoC LP devices are intended to drastically reduce development time of wireless designs. The devices integrate a 2.4GHz, 1Mbps GFSK radio transceiver, DSSS baseband controller, a powerful 8-bit microcontroller, 8kB flash for user firmware code, and 256-bytes of RAM. Using the CYRF69 PRoC LP devices, designers can develop wireless systems for the 2.4GHz Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) frequency band (2.400GHz to 2.4835GHz).
