A3908 Low Voltage DC Motor Driver

Allegro MicroSystems A3908 Low Voltage DC Motor Driver is a bidirectional device with a typical 3V to 5.5V input voltage range and output currents up to 500mA. A unique output full-bridge incorporates source-side linear operation that allows a constant voltage across the motor coil. The regulated output minimizes motor voltage change due to I × R_DS(on) variation and battery voltage tolerance. A3908 is supplied in a 2mm x 2mm, 0.55mm nominal height, 8-lead DFN package with an exposed thermal pad (package suffix EE).

Magnetic Speed Sensor ICs

Allegro MicroSystems Magnetic Speed Sensor ICs offer a comprehensive portfolio covering the full range of speed and speed with direction sensor ICs.
