Drivers de Iluminação de LED Infravermelho MPQ7231

Os drivers de iluminação de LED infravermelho (IR) Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ7231 oferecem drivers de LED infravermelho (IR) de frequência fixa, corrente constante e com recursos integrados de segurança ocular. Esses drivers de LED apresentam uma faixa de voltagem de entrada operacional de 6 V a 42 V e são ideais para alimentar um ou dois LEDs IR. Os drivers de LED MPQ7231 são configurados para modo "buck" ou "buck-boost" e alcançam até 3 A e 2,4 A de corrente de pico (ILED_PEAK), respectivamente. Esses drivers utilizam tecnologia avançada de FET BCD para minimizar as perdas ôhmicas e oferecer MOSFETs com ultra baixa resistência de condução, com 44 mΩ (HS-FET) e 40 mΩ (LS-FET). As aplicações comuns incluem Sistemas de Monitoramento de Driver (DMS na sigla em inglês), iluminação IR para câmeras automotivas e sistemas de vigilância.
