Sensata Technologies ACW4 Hall Effect Position Sensors provide absolute single-turn measurement with an analog output in an overmolded, modular design that offers flexibility and protection from the environment. The modules feature a Hall effect sensor inside an absolute encoder to produce an absolute single-turn output. The compact sensors offer robustness and excellent resistance to shocks/vibrations while meeting IP67 standards. Three output options are available: PWM, CANopen, and SSI. Other features include low power consumption, feedback control in wet or dirty environments, and data monitoring functions for operational efficiency. Sensata Technologies ACW4 Hall Effect Position Sensors are suitable for low-level operational control, industrial automation, and packaging and printing functions.

The 8810/013 Rare Earth Magnet allows users to build their own magnet holder assembly for use with ACW4 sensors. This magnet-holder system simplifies the installation of the magnet. Variants include front-mount female and male magnet supports in various sizes. The M9105 series of magnet holders are designed to make mounting and alignment of the magnet to its sensor assembly easy to accomplish.
