Central Semiconductor CBRDFSH Schottky Bridge Rectifiers

Central Semiconductor CBRDFSH Schottky Bridge Rectifiers are full-wave low-profile devices packaged in a BR DFN surface mount case that reduces the overall product size. These rectifiers are available in a variety of current and voltage options. The CBRDFSH rectifiers feature high energy efficiency and utilize individual glass passivated die that reduces leakage, improves performance, and reliability. Typical applications include Power over Ethernet (PoE) and intelligent lighting.
