Analog Devices Inc. LTM8045 Inverting/SEPIC μModule DC/DC Converters

Analog Devices Inc. LTM8045 Inverting or SEPIC μModule DC/DC Converters with up to 700mA output current include power devices, inductors, control circuitry, and passive components. The Analog Devices LTM8045 module converts from inverting or SEPIC configuration by grounding the appropriate output rail. The regulated output voltage can be above, below, or equal to the input voltage in the SEPIC configuration. Small resistors to set the output voltage and switching frequency and input/output capacitors are all that is needed to complete the design. To control the soft-start and undervoltage lockout, other components may be used. The LTM8045 package is suitable for automated assembly by standard surface mount equipment in a compact (6.25mm × 11.25mm) overmolded ball grid array (BGA).
