Analog Devices Inc. ADR03-EP Precision Voltage Reference
Analog Devices ADR03-EP Ultra-Compact Precision Voltage Reference is a 2.5V band-gap voltage reference designed to support defense and aerospace applications (AQEC standard). Available in a tiny SC70 package, the ADR03-EP Precision Voltage Reference offers high accuracy, high stability, and low-power consumption across the -55°C to +125°C military temperature range.
The device operates from a wide 4.5V to 15.0V input voltage and delivers an extremely stable output voltage. The ADR03-EP Precision Voltage Reference has a 3 ppm/°C low-temperature coefficient, 6μVp-p low-voltage noise, 0.2% initial accuracy, and a high-output load current of 10mA. With an external buffer and a simple resistor network, designers can use the TEMP terminal for temperature sensing and approximation. A TRIM terminal is included on the ADR03-EP for fine adjustment of the output voltage.
