Analog Devices Inc. AD7617 Data Acquisition Solutions
Analog Devices Inc. AD7617 Data Acquisition Solutions (DAS) support dual simultaneous sampling of 16 channels. The AD7617 includes analog input clamp protection, a dual, 14-bit charge redistribution SAR ADC, a flexible digital filter, a 2.5V reference and reference buffer, and high-speed serial and parallel interfaces.Operating from a single +5V supply, the AD7617 DAS can accommodate ±10V, ±5V, and ±2.5V true bipolar input signals while sampling at throughput rates up to 1MSPS per channel pair with 85dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). AD7617 can achieve higher SNR performance with the on-chip oversampling mode. Regardless of the sampling frequency, the AD7617 has a 1MΩ analog input impedance. Analog Devices AD7617's single-supply operation, on-chip filtering, and high-input impedance eliminate the need for driver op-amps and external bipolar supplies.
