Adafruit PiGRRL Zero & PiGRRL 2.0 Kit Packs

Adafruit PiGRRL Zero and PiGRRL 2.0 Kit Packs are portable handheld game emulation stations powered by Raspberry Pi. The PiGRRL zero kit pack includes 14 buttons, D-pad, left & right shoulder, start/select, A, B, X, Y, and two extra buttons. This kit pack offers a Retropie 3.7 emulation station designed for SNES, NES, SEGA, and N64. The PiGRRL zero kit pack features landscape portable console format and a 2.2" Adafruit PiTFT 300 × 240 color display.

The PiGRRL 2.0 Kit pack game emulation station is powered by Raspberry Pi 2 Model B and a Pi TFT display. This kit pack offers a custom gamepad PCB and IDC box header. The PiGRRL features D-pad, A, B, X, Y, L, R, pause, start, and four extra buttons on the PiTFT. This kit pack also exhibits a small audio amplifier and speaker with an 8-bit sound interface.

Both the PiGRRL Zero and PiGRRL 2.0 Kits include everything needed to make the project except for the Raspberry Pi, case, battery, wires and hardware, and hand tools for soldering, cutting, etc. Both kits require a case that will need to be 3D printed.

- 1x Breadboard-friendly SPDT slide switch
- 1x GPIO ribbon cable (40 pins)
- 1x Mini metal speaker with wires (8Ω and 0.5W)
- 1x PowerBoost 1000 charger (1A-1000C rechargeable 5V lipo USB boost)
